I had shared some previous disappointing experiences I’d had with a few well-known dealerships in the Metro Detroit area, and he really listened to those concerns. He made sure the entire process was straightforward, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Alex B. if you’re in the market for a vehicle. We bought a used Buick Envision from them. Jamee was our salesperson and Shawn finished up the sale. They were both good people. The only negative was the interior wasn't shampooed and there were crumbs and whatnot between the seats and console. So far haven't had any issues.

I recently purchased a Tahoe, but was drawn to the allure of the Yukon, Denali...let me be upfront; these are not the same car. The owner, Nick, was great exploring the different financial options available to me, different trims available (especially due to the chip shortage) and Jamee, the sales person, made it a comfortable purchasing and delivery experience. I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing the Groulx GMC again!!!

Scheduled online for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early, they took my truck while I waited. I was there less than an hour, total. Service was quick and even less expensive than the other dealer I was going to. My only complaint, their schedule is booked out at least two weeks, but maybe I need to plan better vs trying to do this last minute. LOL.
