We were very impressed with the way AJ went above and beyond to make sure our Lincoln Aviator was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. Unfortunately the vibration in my roof is still there after going to the service department twice. The second time I was without my vehicle for 7 days. When I called for a status on the 3rd day I was told the technician was sick for 2 days. There is a lack of communication btw the technicians & the service agents. My vehicle is still not fixed. I have a 2023 Corsair with under 18k miles.

My original review was deleted from the website. Why do I have to contact the general manager of my concerns when they are stated and if he needs to get in contact with me, he could have gotten my information from David York, Service Advisor. Also, I will send it to the Better Business Bureau. Look at photos and original review and response from General Manager below.

My experience with Group 1 service department was awesome. The service adviser was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently and advised me of my warranty limits.

I was very satisfied with my customer service rep, James Baker and the Rountree team. James was friendly, professional, and explained my car’s service needs clearly (Excellent on communication and knowledge). He responded to my questions quickly. He was able to provide me with a courtesy vehicle while my car was being serviced. I would also like to thank the tech who worked on my vehicle. Great experience!
