Olivier was very helpful in helping me getting information regarding the maintenance of my car. Also, he was the one helping me buying the car.

When i got home I realized they had left the empty bags of the tires in my trunk! This was on top of the guy at the reception being super rude, when I went to pick up the car and i asked where it was parked he told me: “I don’t know, go find it”. Unfortunately all the Nissan dealership in Montreal have awful service so no real alternative if you want to keep going to a certified dealership

I brought my car to this dealership for repair, as the heater was not working properly. I was told that the heater was functioning and that the car needed to remain at the dealership for one additional day in cold weather so they could test it again the following morning. It was agreed that after testing the car, they would call me so I could come and pick it up. Unfortunately, no one ever called, and despite waiting and trying to contact them, they did not answer the phone. This lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on Nissan’s customer service. I am genuinely frustrated by this experience. The quality of Nissan vehicles has already been disappointing to me, and the extremely low level of customer service I received has only reinforced that frustration. As a result, this will be the last Nissan vehicle I ever purchase. This experience was unacceptable, and I expected far better from a company of Nissan’s reputation. Nissan leaf 2024 electric
