I recently had the most amazing truck buying experience of my life!! I mean this with all sincerity. Both Gaspar Hernandez my salesman and Tucker Jones in finance were extremely professional and treated me with the utmost respect which as a female trying to buy a vehicle can be rare as I have discovered over the years with other dealerships. Overall the whole team at Grubbs should be commended on their level of caring and professionalism. Again I just want to extend my thanks and gratitude to everyone at Grubbs for my truck buying experience!!

I had such a great experience working with my salesman, Joseph Moundo!! After visiting 20+ dealerships, I can honestly say he stood out from the rest. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed into a decision. He made the entire buying process feel easy and stress-free, which is rare when it comes to car shopping. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, genuine, and actually listens to what you want, I highly recommend asking for him. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Five stars is the highest rating, but if I could give this establishment a 10-star review, I would. I want to say thank you to Grubbs and to everyone there for truly going above and beyond for me. I visited at least 10 different dealerships, and each one told me I needed either a co-signer or a large amount of money down. I understand that my credit isn’t perfect. However, Gaspar and Chris, the manager, worked hard to help me and were able to get me into a nice, dependable vehicle that I absolutely love. This has been a huge help for me and my family, and it’s all thanks to the dedication and effort of Gaspar and Chris. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I was able to finance a car on my own. I will gladly recommend Grubbs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone I know. Their customer service is excellent.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Predatory sales and financing practices are in use here. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent sales, financial, and management staff. I was pre-approved by my bank with a great APR, and went in with the intent of purchasing a car for my wife to drive home that day. To be clear, I drove an hour to get to this dealership, on a Saturday (my only day off). The sales person, Camren, initially asked if the dealership could see if they could beat my pre-approved offer. I told him to go ahead and see what they could do. He came back to the counter and said the finance staff hadn't run my credit but said they wouldn't be able to beat what my bank had offered. He then gave me an "out the door" price that included several rebates and cash allowances. I filled out the pre-approved check with the price, VIN, etc. I went back to wait on the finance department to finalize the paperwork only to have them come out and tell me that one of the $2500 rebates required me to finance with them. As I mentioned above, I had already put the originally agreed price on the check. This was at 3:30pm on a Saturday. No way I can drive to the bank and get a new check on Saturday - they were already closed. Their offer was to hold the car until Monday so I could go get a new check. When I mentioned there was no way I could come back before next Saturday, they said I could "finance with them and then immediately refinance with my bank." Sorry, but that makes it a used car, which generally carries a higher interest rate from my bank. That also would likely create a hassle with two back-to-back title transfers within 30 days. Not exactly sure how that is a professional or competent recommendation. To see what kind of offer they had, I let them run my application for financing with them. They came back with a rate nearly double my bank's. I left without purchasing. Now I have to waste time getting a new pre-approval check from the bank so I can take my business elsewhere.

On December 29 I just bought a 2025 Ram 1500 RHO I live in California I have a really good experience with the dealer workers especially Isaac Mariscal I contacted him by email he responded very quickly and he responded to all my questions we closed the deal super fast and also he went to pick up me to the Wichita airport thank you to the all Wichita team 100 recommend.
