Grubbs GMC of Wichita Falls

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised from a Grubbs dealership, but listing one price online then jacking the price up $4,500 more than what was advertised is insane, unethical, and illegal. I’ve only seen this obvious of a bait-and-switch tactic once in my life and fortunately that other dealership is no longer in existence.

Grubbs is WONDERFUL! I got me a new 2026 GMC in April and in May I was able to purchase my 16 year old daughter a 2021 Santa Fe!!! Within two months I purchased two vehicles with them with no issues, no pressure, just great compassion and customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you all for making my experience phenomenal!!

For years we avoided dealerships like the plague… you know, the kind where you go in for one thing and leave wondering what just happened and why it cost so much. 😅 So walking into Grubbs, we were fully prepared for “that” experience—but wow, were we wrong. Their service department completely changed our perspective. There we met David. We actually left talking about how amazing Wichita Falls is and how genuinely kind and professional everyone we met was (which was not on our bingo card for a dealership visit). From the start, we got straightforward, honest answers—no pressure, no confusing jargon, and no feeling like we needed a translator just to understand what was going on. Even the unknowns were clearly explained so we never felt out of the loop. The timeframe? Right on target. The communication? Constant and clear. We were updated every step of the way, which honestly felt suspicious at first… like, “Wait, is this how it’s supposed to be?” 😂 What really stood out was how we were treated—with respect, patience, and zero pressure. We never felt like “just another customer,” which is rare these days. Thank you David. This was nothing like the typical dealership experience people warn you about. If you’ve been avoiding dealerships like we have, this place might just restore your faith a little. We’d absolutely go back—and that’s something we never thought we’d say.
