I was really just looking, because of some credit issues...BUT... Noah the sales guy Is King! He came in on his day off to help me. They got me where I could get the Kia Telluride. I was Very impressed that Tim the manager came and thanked me. Even the gentleman that negotiated the deal. Made me feel great when I said my credit sux. He Said we all find ourselves at different places at times. And thx to the Detailer that got the vehicle cleaned up late in the day, so I could take it home that night. All this in less than 2 hours...GLORIOUS!!! GRUBBS customer service is STELLAR! THX to All for getting me in my new car! U need to Go by and let this Team help U!

Well I went car shopping with my defenses up. I looked around every corner for some type of con job coming at me. I was kinda let down. By the time I left I feel that I have a new family. Found a car that fit every need. I went in with a set price that I was willing to work with. By the time I left we negotiated to better deal in my corner. I really need to thank Will, Anthony, and oh my gosh so many great new friends I can't remember this one young ladies name from Altus. But anyways there were also some others one in a suit kept coming up to me and asking if everything was going well. This has to be the best car shopping that I have ever been through in my 65 years on this planet. Truly notch people. I will be back. Thank you and God bless y'all.

Tom migot was there from start to finish, he made sure the new to me truck I got was clean and ready, had a small issue with the battery but the awesome sales manager, Chris, got it right with one phone call, and apologized over a thousand times! I dont have experience with the other sales men, but Gaspar is 10/10 goes above and beyond for clients before and after the sale. Would highly recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for a car! If I could go back in time and buy my previous car from him instead I would!
