Grubbs Mazda of Wichita Falls listened to my concerns as a single mom with health issues on a strict budget. Miah, Rob, and Ahmed worked with me to get me where I needed to be and even offered me more on my trade than any other dealership to include Southwest Mazda of Lawton who did not listen to me and lied to me and never returned my call. Therefore, I did my research on vehicles and visited other dealerships and found Grubbs Mazda of Wichita Falls. Well actually this dealership fell into my lap as I was heading to Patterson Honda in Wichita Falls for an appointment to discuss trading my vehicle and noticed Grubbs Mazda next door so decided to check them out first before pulling into Honda. I never made it to Patterson Honda. Grubbs Mazda of Wichita Falls got me as a customer and I became a first time Mazda chica and purchased a 2026 CX-50 Premium in the prettiest Ingot Metallic Blue. I named her Azula! Out of all the cars I have purchased over the years, she is the most fun to drive! I'm a mom and it's my mom car but with a sporty edge that makes me want to be on the road. I even have roof rails which is now making me want to go camping and hiking through Arkansas to check out God's creations. Something else that made me choose Grubbs Mazda of Wichita Falls is their Lifetime Warranty. Definitely great assurance to have that because cars are such expensive investments and great to know they offer that protection. My son and I are happy to have joined the Grubbs Mazda of Wichita Falls family and see us as being loyal long-time customers! Absolutely amazing! We don’t have the best credit and another place try to take advantage of us. However before signing we went to Grubbs Mazda and they made us an amazing deal! Never did I think we would drive off with a 2026 but we did! I recommend this place to everyone!

Buyer beware. Nationwide shipping is advertised but if you're missing any paperwork they won't make it a priority. They won't get me the title paperwork and it's been months. I cannot register the vehicle that I've purchased and the deal has fallen apart. The worst part has been no communication. No return phone calls to numerous voicemails. No response to my weekly emails with any update. TxDMV enforcement team is now involved. Legal battle incoming as I have no other options. Worst experience of my life. I gave them months to figure it out. Please save yourself if you're states away and hoping for a smooth transaction.

Awful experience. I do not recommend this dealership. Paid for 15k service. Less than a week later in the shop . Machines not working the first day in, ended up being the battery. They should have known this when expensive service was done a week prior. Car has been sitting in their shop for over week because they get one shipment a week. Under warranty but not worth the wait. Drive to Denton Or Hurst Mazda owners. 3/17-8 days my car has been in your shop. You responded but you can’t find a person to talk to in Wichita Falls, or the main office in DFW. . I will be filing a BBB complaint. This is unethical and unexceptionable. You can not get a manager on the phone. You hit “new car sales” someone sure does answer. I was transferred to a manager in the metroplex, his VM is full. What a disgrace.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact this dealership after purchase. Did not receive my registration for months. Continuously reached out to them, but did not receive a response until dealership enforcement was mentioned. About a month after that I received my registration but it was listed in the wrong county. In the meantime I had to pay for temporary plates.
