After our experience I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. We contacted Ellery about checking out a tahoe. We asked him if it had any issues and rust. He said it didn't have any issues, and that there was no rust on the body, just some surface rust on the frame. When we arrived, upon inspecting the vehicle. There was rust on the body and the frame. The exhaust had holes rotted through it and the muffler was falling off. The dash didn't light up so we could tell what gear we were in and how many miles it had. Seeing all this wrong with the vehicle we were already not very happy since he said the vehicle had no issues, before we drove almost 2hrs to come look at it. Upon test driving it, the cruise didn't work, on of the body mounts were rusted and the bushing was falling off. At this point we just turned around not wanting to look for anymore issues that the vehicle might have. When we got back, no one was to be found to give the keys too. After searching for someone we just left the keys in the vehicle. Very dishonest way and a unprofessional way to run a business! We wouldn't have drove that far if we would've know the issues it had clear as day. This is how to make a bad name for your business. Regarding our experience, I would not deal with Ellery and Guarantee Autos to buy a vehicle. Very dishonest. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to someone else.

Number 1 dealership in Madison! I told him my price Range, Told him Exactly what I was looking for and he showed me several vehicles! I informed him of my situation, he was very understanding and even let me scan all the cars before driving them! Once I told him I was very interested in the certain car! He let me makes my calls and within 10 mins we were filing out the paperwork and he made sure I went home with a smile on my face but not just my face but my kids also because I had a running car and a car with heat finally! Very professional! No problems what to ever😊😊

I originally gave them a 5 star rating because Ellery was very pleasant to work with. However, we bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid and paid to have it checked out by a Ford dealer. It has a bad transmission and needs the front bushings replaced. He gave us our money back but then listed the car for sale again, knowing that it needs $10,000 in repairs! Get a warranty and have the car inspected.

Ellery Wolfe is a super awesome salesman! He’s very honest, friendly and seems like a real genuine person and cares about what he’s does. He definitely isn’t just trying to get a sale from you and isn’t one of those pushy sales people. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a great deal on a vehicle! 🚗 thank you so much!
