I cannot say enough good things about the team at Guelph Hyundai. I recently purchased a used SUV from them, and the experience was smooth and customer-focused the entire time. Spartak, my sales rep was efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt supported in my decision without being rushed. Huge shout-out to Karli, the internal service advisor, who was a tremendous help in resolving some minor issues upon delivery and maintaining excellent communication. This team really goes above and beyond :)

I recently bought a used vehicle off of Cambridge Hyundai. From the minute I stepped in the door I was treated extremely well. Gerry my salesman got me all set up for a test drive and then when I came back set me up with Moe to negotiate a price and then got moved over to Hamail to talk about financing. I would highly recommend this dealership. I was very impressed with this dealership from the minute I walked in to the minute I shook their hands making a deal and then coming back the following week to pick up my vehicle. Five star for everybody I dealt with.

My husband and I went into Guelph Hyundai uncertain of what to expect, as we hadn’t purchased a vehicle in some time. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rush, who was so amazing right from the moment we met him. He really took the time to understand what would best suit our needs after getting to know about our lifestyle, as well as what we were looking for in a vehicle. Rush explained everything in great detail, with such expertise., knowledge and sincere passion. He was genuine and not pushy what so ever. He took us out for a test drive in a model we were interested in. He explained everything about the vehicle and really took his time to go over everything. Although we didn’t settle on anything this time, we did return a week later where Rush even came outside to greet us and welcome us back. We did another test drive on a different model this time and were so impressed that we purchased that exact vehicle. We went with the 2026 Santa Fe Luxury Hybrid. Had the vehicle now for only a few days but so far I’m very impressed! Rush has even since checked in with me to ask how everything is going. He is very approachable, and always quick to respond if I have ever reached out with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Rush to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Guelph Hyundai. Rag, the finance manager is also fantastic. Great team, and fabulous experience overall. Thank you Rush for making our experience so wonderful and not “rushed” :)

A very bad experience with the service department at Guelph Hyundai. I picked up my vehicle Hyundai Tucson hybrid after a major service for oil leak and was handed the keys being told it was completely safe to drive. Later when i drove the he vehicle on Higway it lost power, started shifting terribly, and was forced into 'Limp Mode,' throwing multiple Turbo and EGR engine codes. Upon looking under the hood, I discovered the technicians had completely failed to plug the main engine wiring harness back in (see attached picture). To make matters worse, the vehicle is now actively leaking engine oil onto my driveway from the work they just performed. ​This is a shocking level of carelessness and a severe safety hazard. Very irresponsible service team. Check your vehicles carefully if you take them here.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Guelph Hyundai was excellent from start to finish. Christian Turner, the salesperson who assisted me, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to ensure I had a positive experience throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my calls and even went the extra mile to arrange final detailing work for a stone chip on the hood of my vehicle. I was also very impressed with the dealership’s prompt response to my concern about a rough-sounding brake system after driving the vehicle home. Their team addressed the issue professionally by replacing the rotors, which gave me great confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would also like to thank Karli Walters, Internal Advisor, for making the vehicle pickup process smooth and enjoyable. Karli was personable, professional, and made me feel confident that I had made the right choice with my purchase.
