I’ve always liked Nissan, but a big reason I keep coming back is Nissan Guelph. The service team has always treated me well, and every visit has been smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize the Service Manager. He’s professional, approachable, and truly cares about his customers. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, he’s taken the time to listen and make sure everything was handled properly. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and it’s clear that he takes pride in what he does. Thanks to him and the team, I always leave feeling looked after and confident that my vehicle is in good hands. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the good work!

I went in and took a look at a car that was on their website. Totally loved it wasn't 100% sure needed some time just a process it first time I bought a car by myself. Morgan Campbell was so sweet I explained I didn't want any pressure or stress . She told me to go home think about it let me know . When I come back to say that I did want it . Morgan said she would have my car ready to go on the following Thursday. I came back the car was ready to go .

Wife’s car had transmission issues and they immediately took it in, diagnosed and fixed the issue (a ruptured hose/line). Next day I noticed the wipers weren’t working. I called up and they told me to bring it right back. They fixed the issue (striped nut) free of charge. Fast, efficient and friendly. All round excellent service.
