I drove over 3 hours to meet my sales guy Jayson Wright here to buy a new F150 Tremor. I passed tons of ford dealers along the way but what brought me in was Jayson and his personality, and how upfront he was with me. He was always super responsive and didn’t beat around the bush which I appreciate. They beat any other dealerships discounts on the truck and over allowed on my trade after some hard haggling. Pedro then came out, introduced himself and was extremely professional, and answered any questions I had. During negotiations the rest of the staff was awesome, Marcos hung around with me talking me up and killed some time with me just talking about life and health as I am recovering from a shoulder surgery he also had. Jayson had to leave early for a previous engagement he had to be at but Leroy took me to the finish line and into finance. I will say finance was less than ideal - I already had quotes from usaa and they attempted to sell me GAP at 1500 dollars. I’ve never payed over 500 for it so left without it. Never went over extended service plans and not much effort in checking other banks for better rates. Bring your own financing and educate yourself on the cost of gap, and as far as extended service plans get quotes from Granger Ford online before going in. Could use some improvement there - finance was a little rough around the edges to say the least. After finance Leroy continued to help me swap vehicles, then Jayson showed back up to make sure my new truck was gassed up and everything was in order. Big shout out to the sales team who were amazing, it was well worth the drive. Jayson and team - thank you guys!

I grew up in the Conroe/Montgomery area and, despite purchasing several vehicles from Gullo Toyota over the years, I had never purchased from Gullo Ford in Conroe. I just purchased my 2026 Ford F-150 Tremor from them, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation I had. I was already in the process of purchasing an F-150 from a dealership in Houston and was completely satisfied with that deal. My brother-in-law convinced me to at least give Gullo Ford a chance before purchasing that vehicle, and I’m extremely glad I did. From the very beginning, Garrett Skinner went above and beyond with customer service. Garrett, Christian Penaloza, and Luis Rosero were all outstanding to work with. They treated me with honesty, respect, and absolutely zero pressure. Not only did they give me significantly more for my trade-in, but they also worked out an incredible deal on a fully loaded 2026 F-150 Tremor — honestly a truck I never imagined I’d be able to own because of the MSRP price. The whole process was easily the fastest, smoothest, and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced in 35+ plus years of buying vehicles. The entire experience felt different in the best way possible, and I truly believe that starts with the culture Gullo has created. Every person there greeted me and was smiling. You can tell customer service, integrity, and taking care of people is a priority there. That culture showed through every person I dealt with. I was not even really ready to buy but due to the simplified online process I left with a new car. I checked the inventory online and next thing you know I was curious so I applied for financing, within a few minutes the application was complete and approved. I arrived at the dealer and met with Leroy, who had me in and out before I could blink. The entire staff was great to work with and made the buying experience excellent. Great place to do business with.

I absolutely LOVED my car buying experience at Gullo Toyota!! Definitely worth the one hour drive. My salesperson Hayden was phenomenal, make sure you ask for him. Super chill, very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. When the new Rav4 came out, he was the only internet salesperson who quoted us a fair price, there was no upselling, haggling, or surprises. Everything was straightforward and to the point. Had a wonderful experience at Gullo Ford of Conroe. Met with Wade McGraw, which was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure. He was very responsive and personable through the whole process. After purchase, I found some mechanical issues with my truck and Victor is the service department was extremely helpful getting the right folks on it for proper troubleshooting and repairs. Throughout the whole time in the shop, Chloe Thompson was very responsive, informative, and pleasant to work with.
