Gunn Buick GMC

Arrived at location and was immediately greeted by a salesman. Normally I’d not be happy about this because I don’t want to be pressured to buy, however this was different he greeted me and ask how we were doing. After answering him and asking to same of him, he did ask how he could help me? I told him I needed to use a restroom and I was there to possibly buy a car. He was very polite and showed me where to go and did not hover outside the door. When I came back out He was making polite chatter with my wife and I told him my price range and new or used would be fine, but it needed to be good on gas and a small SUV for size. Needless to say I am very happy with my new car and will definitely return to buy my nest one.

I had the absolute best experience possible at Gunn GMC. I came in on a Monday and was instantly greeted by Ronald. Ronald was so full of joy, was fun and kind. I test drove a Yukon and when I was ready to purchase, we worked with Owen. Owen was super helpful and patient with me as I navigated some details for this purchase. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I test drove and as much as I loved this vehicle, the engine did not have enough power for me. On Wednesday, I ended up bringing the vehicle back and they were super understanding. They spent hours with me trying to find the same vehicle that I had but with a bigger engine. Sadly, we were unsuccessful as the green color that I had was very popular and there were none in stock in the state. Mike, Steve and Art tried their absolute best to get this vehicle for me, but I ended up purchasing a larger vehicle with a bigger engine that was in the showroom. Steven (the GSM) and Ronald were so patient with me and spent so much time with me until I got the vehicle that I wanted. I also worked with Pete in the finance department and he was just as amazing as well. I shared this experience with several people I know already and my husband. We will definitely be back to the dealership when my husband’s ready to buy a new truck and honestly, we can’t wait. I have bought several cars in my life and nothing will ever compare to this experience. They deserve all the praise and positive reviews!

On the way to dropping family off at the airport, and 3 hours from home, my truck started to fail (battery, oil pressure, alarms to shut the vehicle off immediately) literally in construction traffic. We found the nearest shop on Maps which happened to be Gunn GMC, and crept into the lot. I spoke to Fernando and explained the urgency. With about 2 hours till close of business and with no appointment he immediately started to try to make something happen in a seemingly impossible situation. Thankfully their tech Alex was able to get freed up, diagnose (water pump), and got us fixed and back on the road in about an hour. Coming from a service and sales background I fully recognize the miracle they pulled off. Furthermore, a disreputable shop could have easily fleeced me under the circumstances. They didn’t know that one of us (and my buddy I had on the phone) are ASC certified mechanics. THANK YOU to Fernando and Alex! Straight up honest, caring, and compassionate guys! They seriously saved the day! 5 STARS, GENTLEMEN!

Sergio C was very attentive in meeting my vehicle purchasing goals. He went out of his way to ensure 100% satisfaction. Traveling hundreds of miles, calling his networks to find the vehicle I wanted. He kept me up to date regularly and checked in on me daily to ensure I had everything I needed to make the right decisions around my purchase. My 2026 Yukon XL was perfect and the experience was top Notch! The Hernadez’s are ready for summer road trips with the three grandsons!

This is actually our third vehicle we have purchased with Gunn. This vehicle was for our son who’s getting ready to go to college and we wanted something reliable for him to drive back and forth to College Station. As you can see in the attached picture, he’s happy with the purchase. We want to thank our salesman, Yancy, who was professional, friendly and made the process so smooth.
