Absolutely, I dont recomend at all. I brought my 2017 chrysler pacifica for a water pump repair, and next they said i need a thermostat housing and thermostat plus they said my valve cover was leaking oil. Im an experienced mechanic the only reason went to the dealer for the job to be done was because is under extended warranty. So the third of September, i went to pick up my van, i checked under my hood to see the jobs that had been done, and the motor cover was missing! We return back and they said they had put in the trash, it was in brand new condition! One of the mechanic have to go dumpster diving to find it, he came back with a few he had found in there, none were the right cover. He finally found it laying around inside the shop. They didnt put everything back together as it was. Im missing bolts that are supossed to hold the water line, they forgot to clamp the upper right side hose, found this out as i was wondering why my reservoir was empty yet again and i could smell antifreeze AGAIN! But, supossedly they fixed that.. They cut the plastic vinyl in my dash trying to remove the gear shifter, they claimed was bad, mind you i drove my van for a month before going to these guys, without any issues at all with my shifting! This has been a horrible experience for me being my first time ever bringing my vehicle to a dealer for service. I dont really recomend. Please be sure any repairs you get through these guys, you take time to look under your hood to be sure all your bolts and screws are there, and to be sure they aren't throwing parts of your prpoerty into thier dumpster without asking you first lol. Here is some of the pictures as my proof.. well just find out the i bring the van for a water pump repair and now i have a blowhead gasket they blow my motor because i was fine before with no issues mixing any water with oil. Very dissatisfied with the job quality.

⭐ 1 Star I would not trust Gunter Dealership with anyone’s personal or financial information. My grandmother’s ex-boyfriend used her identity as a co-signer without her knowledge or consent. At the time the vehicle was purchased, she was living in another state, over 500 miles away, and was clocked in at work, making it impossible for her to have been present. When I initially contacted the dealership, Morris told me her name was nowhere on the paperwork. Months later, after I obtained the finance packet directly from the lender, the story suddenly changed. At that point, Gunter acknowledged that she was listed as a co-signer and claimed that it “looked like she signed for it.” What was especially concerning was a representative pointing out that the signature on the documents looked identical to the signature on her driver’s license despite the clear impossibility of her being there. That alone raised serious red flags. Since then, it feels like there has been backtracking and attempts to minimize or cover up what occurred, rather than accountability or transparency. This experience was extremely unsettling. If you value your identity, personal data, and financial security, I strongly recommend buy elsewhere. We have lawyered up!

Great experience from the time our feet hit the pavement. Everyone was very inviting and helpful. Great group of people that work at Gunter! I love that everyone there likes to hustle and do their job. Great doing business with them and I will be back.

Me and my husband bought a grand wagoner over 2 months ago, title work has still not been done! No one answers the phone; MISSY gave excuse after excuse. Also talked to Missys manager whose name I have sadly forgotten. EMITT promised to call back and didn’t. For the past 7 days we have called everyday and got a response of “I’ll give you a call back”, and yet for 7 days we haven’t ever gotten any of the calls back, We now can’t drive the car due to a 3rd expired temp tag and now they won’t answer. Don’t do business with them, I am now contacting my local tag office to see which options we have. Hopefully someone sees this review and contacts us immediately. This is unacceptable! I will take this review down if and only if we receive a call and our tag! Permanent TAG.
