I would recommend this Dealership highly! We'll above Five Stars! Eddie Dacunha was my Sales Rep and he listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions and patiently as we test drove several cars in my price range. Then Daniel Blair went through a couple Lenders to get me to a monthly payment that was comfortable for my budget. They made a Great Team - meeting all my needs to get me into a new car!

Let me just say this.. I went to two different dealerships and they both told me no I filled out an application online for Gunther at Volkswagen and I immediately heard back the very next day. Bryan came all the way from Daytona picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to complete the process. I got exactly what I wanted within 2 days! Dan also was extremely helpful with my credit and how I can increase it! 10/10 service! I would recommend everyone to get their car from here!

Some people are friendly and others are Not! Also customer service I would say overall just sucks at all locations because I don’t know how many times I heard this from multiple employees and locations that VW is too hard to get money from so these locations don’t want to actually take care of their customers because it is too hard to get paid from their own company! This will probably be my first and last VW 2024 Atlas brand new 25 miles with problems and I still couldn’t get them to fix the Car correctly!

Eddie was great. He was able to answer all of our questions about the Atlas and was very patient with us. We came back three separate times before making our purchase but never felt rushed into making a decision before we were ready. We were also given a very good price right from the first offer and didn’t have to do the usual haggling and going back and forth on the price. We looked at 10 different cars before deciding on the Atlas and Gunther Volkswagen was one of two dealerships we really enjoyed working with. The entire experience with Gunther was top notch.

This dealership gave me a competitive trade in amount for my used car and for the vehicle I purchased, it's price was competitive too. Better pricing than other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. They addressed any questions I had and were happy to let me go over my purchase and let me test drive it for sometime too, to feel comfortable with the SUV I bought. Great and smooth service at Gunther VW of Daytona Beach. I definitely recommend 👌.
