I just got off the phone with service. I purchased a brand new Nissan 3 months ago. While driving the car the oil cap fell off. My oil sensor light came on so I checked it and that’s when I realized the cap fell off. Clearly it wasn’t tightened or it was defective. The first call back was to sell me oil cap. I couldn’t believe it. I have oil all over my engine. The weather stripping is ruined and can’t even drive the car now till I go pay them for an oil cap. The service manager told me if it wasn’t tightened properly. It would have fell off right away. This guy actually asked me who did my last oil change on a brand new car trying to pass the blame. 🤣🤣. Clearly a service manager should know you don’t have an oil change on a car that’s brand new driven for 2 months. 🤦🏻🤦🏻. The guy basically told me it was my problem and they could do nothing. Never buy a Nissan from these guys. The service department is completely worthless. Bumper to bumper warranty is not bumper to bumper with these people.

Shane Orr was my sales man and did a great job getting me in the exact car I wanted. He was transparent with financials and helped me stay in a budget I was comfortable with. Would definitely buy a car from him again.

Worked with Louie to get my son in a great used Cherokee. My son was pretty set on the grey with leather interior and Louie made sure to get him that. Highly recommend asking for this fine youngster. Will definitely be going through him for all my future purchases.
