Gurley Leep Cadillac

First some background is in order. I've been buying new GM cars since 1976. I've dealt with many GM dealers and all the GM brands over the past 50 years. I've had all sorts of purchasing experiences, from "that wasn't too bad" to "that was like getting a root canal". The experience at Gurley Leep was my best experience to date. My sales consultant, Sunshine, was very well versed on the CT5 and cars in general. She also helped me before the sale maximize my trade value on the Corvette I was tendering in trade. The entire sales experience was pleasant with the emphasis on getting my wife and I in the right car at the right price. No up- selling and no high-pressure sales tactics. On that note, the accounting manager at Gurley also did an excellent job in finding financial incentives available for this auto. This made a good deal even better. The business manager was efficient and knowledgeable. He wrapped up the transaction quickly, but still informed me of all necessary information on title, registration, etc. Based on the selection of vehicles at Gurley, I traveled from Westfield Indiana about a two-hour drive from the dealer. It was worth the drive. Not only was the selection excellent, but the entire purchasing process was seamless. If you are shopping for a Cadillac or one of the many other brands the dealership sells, do yourself a favor and check out Gurley Leep before you buy.

I have worked with Pierce for most of my time at Gurley Leep since getting my 2022 Sierra and I'll say he's done a great job as has the GL team! I also appreciate his detailed updates and communication via text since I'm not always able to answer my phone. Keep up the good work!
