Tyler the salesman and Jason from finance did a wonderful job. I have no complaints. Tyler is one of the best salesman I have ever had. He didn’t bombard me as I walked through the door like the rest of them, he didn’t pressure for a sale. Both Tyler and Jason listened and delivered. I appreciate them both to the fullest. Thank you couldn’t ask for a better team to work with.

Ha! Christian Vega, Billy & Jason were all in it let's just say! Hubby and I were waiting for our vehicle from the Hyundai service shop. we were sent to go and wait in the waiting area at Volkswagen due to Hyundai's dealership being under construction. While we are waiting a gentleman by the name of Christian Vega approached us in a very respectful manner and offered us coffee as we waited we said we were okay he then sure enough offered us to look at vehicle's that there caught the hubby's ear lol. Christian Showed us some of the vehicle's in the showroom as we are getting ready to walk out to look at more vehicle's outside we see our old salesman Billy coming down the stairs as we already know Billy from Hyundai (he sold us 4 new vehicle's at Hyundai before) so now we feel like running for our lives lol. Sure enough now we have 1 salesman and let's not say a salesman manager showing us and trying to CONVINCE us to look and buy by now. By this time our vehicle from Hyundai is ready as we are getting ready to say bye to Christian and Billy they weren't ready for a good bye they were ready to see us drive out in a new Volkswagen. These gentlemen sure knew what they were doing. Next, thing we know here comes Jason finance manager( very nice guy as well) inviting us to his office to sign our purchase and Jason as well convinced us to purchase the extended warranty which is an awesome warranty to buy and have no worries whatsoever. So, if you are looking to buy a new vehicle head over to Gurnee Volkswagen and ask for Christian and Billy and say Jorge and Cesilia Pena sent y'all! I promise they will give you a great deal and the vehicle of your dreams.

Sandi reached out via FB Marketplace interested in purchasing a vehicle I had listed for sale. They offered a solid number that was more competitive than most dealer offers I received. I actually decided to call the dealership and verify the offer and transaction was real, and that Sandi was real. You never know these days. Upon speaking with Bujar, the Sales Manager, who is awesome by the way, I agreed to the offer. The paperwork was prepared over a couple of days and two drivers were sent to pick up my vehicle, again a couple of days later, Bujar, the Sales Manager, actually being one of them to drive my vehicle back. They arrived with a check and all of the paperwork, and upon inspecting my vehicle, we completed the transaction. Overall it was a very straight forward and positive experience.
