Blair Taylor does a great job and we highly recommend him and his team. Professional, friendly, fair. Sales manager Dan Zaika and business manager Don Smith are experienced, friendly and helpful. Dan’s been in the business so long, I remember trading in a horse to him for my first car. Dan said I can have any colour I wanted as long as it’s black. 😎 “For a no-bull deal that’s fair, look no further, see Blair”. Ok I just made that up, but it rhymes pretty good so that should count for something. 😎 Maybe free paper floor mat covers or a coffee? Seriously, get your GMC or Buick at Gus Brown’s dealership. You’ll even often see the legend Gus himself on the sales floor, so make sure you say hello to him. Gus has been in the car business so long that he knew General Motors when it was just a Corporal. But don’t park in Gus’ parking spot or you may have to wash his GMC. Nah, I made that up too, but once parked in his spot by mistake. Gus is a fantastic gentleman and nice to speak with. Ask him some automotive sales and local dealership history and he can recall a lot of great history. I once worked at Ontario Motor Sales in the 70’s and my wife’s father was a GM exec engineer back in the day and of course Gus knew all the GM people going way back - his memory is like a steel vault. Truly a legend. And I think he treats his people well because they seem to stay with him for long years. And their service department is well run. Our favorite service advisor-consultant is Sergio Romeo, a very helpful man. Haven’t had much to repair, but Sergio is our go-to guy for oil changes, etc. Best wishes and happy new years to all of Gus Brown GMC.

Her level of customer service was exceptional and her energy was so warm and reassuring during a stressful time for me. I honestly call her my angel. John was extremely attentive and wanted to check all the boxes for the truck we wanted without being pushy. John communicated every step of the way, was very reliable, organized, and efficient.
