Great and easy people to work with. No pressure on the financing and backend products as well. Kyle was great and very easy to work with. He sent me any information I asked for, which was a lot as I live in Georgia and wanted to ensure everything checked out before making the drive. They made it even easier on me, meeting me a couple hours south of the dealership, saving me a ton of time. Now, the vehicle did have a couple of small issues that weren't found on the trade inspection that I found after getting home. However, Kyle and Rob were quick in addressing this and taking care of me. Great people who stand behind what they do.

Dillon was a great salesperson. The whole process was great from letting me know when the truck came in and the whole process of buying and getting me the best deal. I will definitely recommend to others and will be a returning customer.

RESPONSE TO REPLY My review wasn’t primarily about the interest rate or the original price discussion. It was about the vehicle being described as “mint other than a few rock chips” just to get me into the door, when in reality it had dents and scratches on multiple panels. The $1,100 reduction was discussed before I arrived. After I pointed out the undisclosed cosmetic issues in person, I was not offered any additional discount or adjustment, not even an apology. That’s why I was disappointed after making the trip. ————— Great place to go if you want to waste a few hours of your day. I drove a few hours to look at a 2022 Durango SRT 392 after talking to Dylan on the phone. I was told the vehicle was mint other than a few rock chips. Based on that, I made the trip. When I got there, Dylan was off, so I worked with another salesman who was also named Dylan. The vehicle was nowhere near mint. It had dents and scratches on multiple panels all over the vehicle that were never mentioned beforehand. What really bothered me was that after pointing out the condition issues, there was no effort to work with me on the price. If a vehicle isn’t as described, I’d expect at least some acknowledgment of that. The second Dylan was also pretty dismissive the whole time. It felt more like I was being questioned than helped. To make things even better, they also tried to put me into a higher interest rate than the one I already have, despite my credit being in a much better position today. Apparently an 800 credit score doesn’t get you very far here. I don’t expect a used vehicle to be perfect, especially one that’s a few years old. What I do expect is for it to be represented accurately before I spend hours driving to see it. If you’re considering making a trip for a vehicle here, ask for detailed photos of every panel before you leave your house. It would’ve saved me a lot of time.
