Custumer service wasn't so good. Instead of promised 2 weeks they kept car for a month. They are not responding on messages with updates. Problem looks like solved but with so many over charges for different stuffes and end up that problem was in a different part but they already charged for all other stuffes what they've done. Same dealer in Wilton fixed another car much faster and with more care about custumers. They called with updates and told when aproximately work will be done. But this dealer in Darien is same dealer and completely different treating. They never know how long will takes and any question you ask there is no certain answer.

I called to ask about my check engine light.. I gave them the code that I had scanned.. they said they couldn’t tell me if it was something that was covered or not that they need me to bring my car in to scan for themselves.. I called another Chevy dealership and they told me right over the phone that it is something covered and that they will order the part and call me back when they have an update to schedule an appointment.. this place is really full of crooks!! I’ve only had one good experience with them and ever since it’s been horrible!!! Be cautious ! I would give no stars if I could but in order to leave a review you have to!

HELP racially profile!!! Absolutely disgusting! Happened on Wednesday , April 29, 2026. I rode my bike to the dealership, went inside, grabbed my keys, then proceeded to head to my truck. Then when entering my truck, the janitor confronted me rudely, saying, “Is this your truck? How can I help you? Are you sure? Is this your truck?” I said yes multiple times, then he said, “Let me ask the manager.” rudely . After knowing I was secretly recording, I decided to follow up with a phone call to the service manager named Andrew to report what I just went through. I never felt so disrespected in my life. I told him what happened, and he proceeded to say, “Well, what do you want me to do about it ?” Numerous times over and over again, then I asked him for the employee’s name that racially profiled me, and he said no, stated that I was blowing everything out of proportion, and cited with his employee saying he offered to help me with my bike. Lie. Such disgusting behavior, Chevy. I will be following up with corporate and sending this video.

They do their best to solve any problems, and if mistakes happen, as they can anywhere at any time, they make it right and compensate you for the inconvenience. Very pleasant people to deal with.

Highly don’t recommend coming here. Management doesn’t care about you and your vehicle. After one phone call with them I did my research about this dealership and found out they’re getting SUED for disobeying customer requests and DESTROYING customers vehicles. This dealership should close down….
