We are a bit too busy cruising around in our new Countryman Mini Cooper to write this 😊 but Charles deserves a review. We unexpectedly walked into this dealership and left the same day owning a new vehicle. That’s definitely not our norm. Charles enlightened us with a ton of knowledge and positive information along with his nice personality which led us to make such a quick decision. We are confident that it would be the same experience for anyone else. We highly recommend him and this dealership and their employees. Thank you again for making this a great experience.

This dealership was really amazing! I dealt with Charles for my new 2026 Mini Countryman, and I think he must be one of the best MINI fans and salesmen out there. ​I explained exactly what I wanted in a car and shared my concerns. Immediately, each point was addressed with total transparency, and Charles walked me through everything with incredible product knowledge. I felt like he was looking out for me like a friend and not a salesperson. ​The efficiency was also incredible! I spoke to Charles and within a couple of hours, the papers were signed. George, my salesman, was especially helpful throughout the process—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made everything feel smooth and straightforward. There was a brief situation during my visit, and both George and Charlie (the manager) handled it quickly and professionally. They stayed calm, respectful, and made sure everything was resolved without disrupting the overall experience, which I really appreciated.
