Abby was our sales person. We loved working with Abby. She was very knowledgeable and always responsive. What I liked, too, was the way the Haddad group worked as a team. If Abby wasn’t on deck, then someone else got back to us right away. Looking forward to loving our new Forrester.

Our experience with Haddad was great, but my car was not fully fixed and that made me very upset. But we are gonna try this again tomorrow and hopefully get better results. Brianna was great though. We really like her and she goes abobe and beyond to make us happy.

I dropped off my car as soon as I arrived -- no waiting at all -- and got a call with a complete diagnosis in just a couple of hours. In a long list of recommended services, only two or three were urgent, and Mark, the Haddad representative, was frank and helpful in recommending ways of deferring some of the less-critical work and the cost while tending to the important safety issues right away. Communication was excellent throughout, and the work was done much faster than I expected. A great experience.
