I was from out of town and communicated by messaging and phone with Charles Tilley. They had the car I wanted and made a deal with me for my trade in and on the car I wanted that I felt was fair. Most of the paperwork was done when I got there and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Charles, Danny & Todd in finance. We’ve already taken it on a road trip and got into a light snow dusting and it performed great! Love my car and I’d recommend dealing with them.
