Went in on a Friday to look at a expedition for mom and didn't have the best experience. The service was good but I felt like the term "don't judge a book by its cover" was a big play that morning. Ended up leaving because I guess wanting to talk to the finance department isn't aloud. Word got out to another employee and he first thing Saturday morning reached out. Needless to say Brandin held up his word that was agreed on over the phone when we got there. Everything went smooth with the purchase.

Very polite efficient employees. Brad Summers is awesome. He carries through on “what he promises” and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable during the process. Brad even helped to make my last purchase a surprise for my husband (car with bow on it). Bought 5 cars from him in the last 2-3 years. Will always have him as my car salesman and go to person for any issues I may have.

Had a great experience buying my new expedition at Hagerstown Ford. They were great to work with, gave me a great trade in and great price on my new vehicle. They were extremely transparent and did not pressure me to buy. I was very indecisive and they wrote up several price estimates for me and honored the same deals for all vehicles. I was coming from another dealership who was absolutely terrible to work with and they blew them out of the water. Christine was a great salesperson and very helpful throughout the process! Finance was also great. Would happily buy from them in the future.

Loved my buying experience at Hagerstown Ford. When I decided to buy a new F150 Platinum, Claudia was phenomenal!! From the initial phone call telling her what I wanted to buy all the way through delivery and beyond. She always answers calls quickly and assists me with any needs. Great service and sales team!!
