Couldn’t ask for a better experience at Hal Wright’s! Buying a new car was not in our plan but, when our old car very suddenly broke down and left my husband and I in a stressful spot, we knew we could count on Ken and the Hal Wright’s team to help. Ken went above and beyond to move quickly and help us find our new car. Despite this all happening over a weekend, Ken immediately got to work, answered all of our questions, and had everything organized and ready to go by Monday so we could drive away with our wonderful car and no worries on Tuesday. Ken even went so far as to help us check to make sure the car seat and stroller for our new baby would fit easily into our new Buick and spent time showing us each and every feature that our new car could offer! The compassion, care, dedication, and attention to detail we received from Ken and the Hal Wright’s team during this unexpected experience for us is something we will always be grateful for!
