Great experience, my salesperson Navid was extremely helpful. This was a purchase from CT and he was able to send me a video of the car and work with me on pricing and financing. Janae was absolutely phenomenal to deal with! Answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Pulled the car and had it fully detailed for me first thing in the morning evening though I was coming in the evening to make the purchase. My husband and I have been a client of Lexus for couple Of years . Have never gotten such a bad service . I turned my car in freshly clean, had just spent $60 at the car wash . Took it for service but they ended up giving me a loaner because their lift wasn’t working so that was fine with me things happen- they told me it would take about 2 hours- didn’t text me it was ready until later in the afternoon, so about 4-5 hours later but I was already at work. Picked it up next day to find the car all dirty with bird poop which I understand can happen and we can’t control it, but why not check the car before giving it to the client ? Allyssa response was car wash is closed now. I asked her do you at least have some wash clothes or wipes? , she said service will be closing soon, mind you they stent closed , so she didn’t hesitate to get someone . So basically no. The other side of the car was dirty as well . I have dealt with other reps before and they go above and beyond for their clients. She didn’t care about it .
