I would like to take a moment and say Oh Charlie Brown😂. Charlie and team was amazing from no hassle to making sure I got a fare deal and truck in prestigious conditions. Charlie went above and beyond your normal customer service. From owning any of my concerns to delivering on all my expectations. Even when I forgot something in my trade , he contacted me and set up time to get it back. I would by all my future cars from him. In fact I will be purchasing my wife a truck soon . I was hesitant when getting Haley's first Silverado EV as I knew there would be a "learning curve" for the technicians. The first 10 months of ownership have been an adventure of digital updates with some long days...BUT I have to say my Service Manager, Eric Geyer, the Shop Forman, Mike Grubbs AND the lead EV tech, Michael Bowmaster are PHENOMENAL!!! They not just hook up the truck's brain to their computer, they check and make sure all modules are updated. They have gotten used to calling into GM to find out the best way to load updates so they are stable AND COMPLETE! Don't hesitate as Haley has your back on "keeping up with technology"!!!! Thanks guys! See you soon for my easy tire rotation.

Matt was such a gem to work with! We did a walk in and were immediately set up with a sales rep. The car I was looking at had just arrived in the lot, and Matt got us out to see it, test drive it, and through paperwork in the same day. He was great with following up as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. I couldn't be happier with my my new baby on wheels!

Brianna was amazing and very helpful. She shared all of the vehicle and financial information without being pushy or overbearing. She visually demostrated for us the cargo hold and what would fit.
