I could not have planned a better outcome. I’m luving my new ride and I my wallet (although lighter)is loving it too.

Xavier was outstanding! He made the buying process enjoyable, relaxed, and never pressured, which made a huge difference. I genuinely enjoyed my time with him. Megan in finance is truly a master at what she does, making the final paperwork process effortless and easy to understand. I cannot say enough good things about the team I've been working with at Haley. I'm actually writing this review mid-deal, before even closing a sale, because how this dealership has handled the process deserves to be said regardless of how it closes. I was upfront from the start that I was undecided and still comparing options, exactly the kind of customer most places either pressure into a sale or write off completely, and instead I've been met with patience and understanding. Ciera, my sales consultant, has communicated promptly, never pushed, and listened to my specific situation. What stands out the most is the honesty. I came in with a complicated trade situation and a lot of open questions, and where another dealer flatly told me my ask "wasn't an option," this team walked through the possibilities with me, was straight about the value tradeoffs, and let me come to my own decision instead of steering me toward theirs. I'm still waiting on one item to be resolved before we can close, something unrelated to the dealership, but Mike and Steven, two of the managers, have shown that same understanding and patience and have gone out of their way to help tie up that loose end. No games, no pressure. If you want a dealership that communicates, respects your time, and tells you the truth even when it isn't the easy sell, start here. I'll update when everything's final, but I didn't want this to go unsaid in the meantime. Kudos to this entire team on their exceptional customer service. UPDATE: The close went exactly the way the rest of the process did. The final steps were super easy, and the paperwork, usually the part I dread most, was a breeze thanks to Meghan, the finance manager. Start to finish, this entire team far exceeded what you'd expect from a normal dealer experience. Everything I said above held true right through to signing. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
