This was my second purchase from Matt at the dealership and it was an excellent experience. They answered all of my questions, and gave me a great deal, but what impressed me the most was that they did most of the deal before I got there, all paperwork was completed before I got there, and the time at the dealership took less than an hour. No last minute surprises was a nice thing too. I will buy here again. Thanks, Matt for taking such good care of me.

Let me start by saying these past 6 months have been some of the most stressful months of my life so far. I got into a total loss accident at the beginning of this year and was stuck with no car and little to no money to buy another. I spent these past 6 months saving money and looking for cars but everything is so expensive nowadays. I finally found what I thought was a good deal at a dealership, but there was undisclosed body damage and they refused to come down on the price of the car. Feeling defeated, my significant other suggested I go to Hall Acura to look at a Nissan Sentra. I decided to give it a shot because it wouldn’t hurt to look, and that was the best decision I’ve made this year. Joseph Pethick met me and my significant other + FIL outside in the lot with a smile and a handshake. Asked me what I was looking For and I told him about the Sentra. He got me in the drivers seat for a test drive within five minutes of arriving. He told me to feel free to test everything but the airbags and I certainly did. This car was solid as hell. When we got back to the dealership, we went inside to talk numbers. I expressed my concern for the price of the car because it was a little outside of my price range. Before I could finish my sentence, his manager (I’m assuming) came to me with an amazing deal. Almost $2000 off the car with dealership and DMV fees included. I felt so happy I wanted to cry. Throughout the entire process Joseph and the rest of the team at Hall Acura made me feel secure with my purchase and happy with my decision. Any question I had was answered honestly and I felt like I wasn’t just another customer, but more like family. They even helped me find the best priced insurance coverage for the car. By the end of the transaction it had only been a couple hours. I’d like to say thank you to Hall Acura and especially thank you to Joseph. I recommend this dealer if you want something reliable and sturdy, while still being affordable.

10/10 would recommend!!! I am not going to lie, I didn’t understand anything about the processes and was getting SUPER overwhelmed with looking for a new car after someone totaled mine. I was not looking forward to the headache of getting a new one but Aubrey made this process super easy, understandable and was able to get me a car not exceeding my budget!! I was able to leave with a brand new 2026 Acura Integra thanks to Aubrey and the management team! Customer service was excellent. I left super happy and feeling really good about this.
