I am very pleased with Hall & Clark Insurance Agency. I'm tired of all the recordings you get when you call other places, all the buttons you have to push, all the automation. I want to speak with a person not a machine that can't understand what I'm saying. Hall & Clark is genuine & I like that. They have been our agents for years. Group Benefits Account Manager Chris Woods is who I have the most contact with. Chris is amazing! He's always there to help & I love the fact that I can count on him. That's rare now days! As a matter of fact, my emails that I send him usually end or begin with "You Rock!". In this day & age it's hard to find someone like Chris & I feel really blessed to know & be able to interact with him.
