A very sincere shout out to Mike White at Elizabeth City Hyundai for the exceptional service he provided me with my purchase of my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I was really not in the market for a new vehicle as I already purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in April of 2025. But because I had taken my son's Kona in for an oil change, I wanted to visit with Mike while waiting. We started talking about the newest model of Palisade and I was curious so I asked to see one. I immediately fell in love with the new look and all the upgraded features of the 2026. I was sold!!! Mike made the process so seamless and easy. The next day I brought my old vehicle back and jumped into the new one, which was full of gas and sparkling clean!!! I would highly recommend Mike for your next car purchase. 5th vehicle I have bought from this dealer. They have always been fair on pricing. I brought this used new to me ford f-150 because it was a good deal and I got it for a fair price. Been awhile since I have owned a ford fingers crossed it hold up. My streak with vehicles has not been great lately. Purchased the extended warranty hopefully I won’t need it but, it’s there just in case. So far the truck is doing fine and will work for what I need it for. Seems to be a comfortable ride not quite all the bells and whistles I am used to but hopefully this truck last me awhile. James my sales person was easy to deal with so I have nothing bad to say about my shopping experience. Thanks again for a smooth transaction and I hope this vehicle hold up well.
