This was my first time ever purchasing a car and I was so excited but I also had no idea what I was doing or what I really wanted. So I got the Nissan Pathfinder thinking I need a huge car but nonetheless I couldn’t drive it. So I did the 7-day exchange program and that’s where I met the best car salesmen ever, Emily. She helped me out with everything. She was very detailed, thorough, knew how to articulate her words, and explained everything so I wouldn’t drive away with something I didn’t want again. I would recommend hands down to any new buyers to go to Hall Honda but only if you work with Emily!!! She is easy going, easy talk to, has no problem answering any question you have about any car. Thanks to Emily I was able to get my beautiful Honda CR-V. She showed me all the car functions and how to operate them too.

I purchased my car 5days ago and I am still talking about the incredible quality customer service this dealership provides. My experience started 6 mos ago when Sheila called to see if I may be considering trading in my car. At that time I was not . We spoke several times within 4 months time .I promised her that when I was ready I would call her. When I called Sheila ; I told her that I was hesitant to go to VA Bch Hall Honda because of a past experience 3 yrs ago ; although I keep a promise and open to meet with her. She replied, " I think you will be pleasantly surprised, trust me" When I arrived I immediately sensed the energy of everyone working there to be happy, kind and inviting. I was welcomed and offered something to drink and to have a seat. It was great to meet Sheila! She was friendly, enthusiastic and well versed in understanding what model type I may be interested in . Sheila introduced me to her manager Tim . Tim's demeanor was friendly, professional, calming , explicit and with a considerate nature. . Communicating with both was effortless. Tim said he had a car he thinks is exactly what I'm looking for and would I like to see it ?! Surprisingly ... It is perfect ! 😊 My experience with Corey was very much the same; a considerate nature as he explained other optional maintenance needs. I am so very grateful to all of you! I love my new 2026 HRV~AWD!

Every person I interacted with was so amazing. Emily made sure I was able to get into a car I loved and it’s like I’ve known her for years. Jessica was super helpful and quick. Mr. Cross & Mr. Freeman made finance a piece of cake. And I came in with monthly payments lower than I thought. Definitely will be back when I am ready to upgrade!
