After having a bad experience at another dealer, I was a little weary going in. Kristen took such great care of us. It's hard for my husband and I to get a day off together, and she insisted on bringing the vehicle I had my eye in down to the outer banks so I could get a look at it. I fell in love with it and she had all the paperwork ready to go and took my trade in with her. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be going back to her for all my vehicles in the future. Thank you again!!

Chanel was absolutely fantastic! She worked to get me exactly what I wanted which was something no one around had on their lot. A lot of good communication to get to that point but it was worth it! She never tried to talk me in to something else and everyone I worked work with through the entire process was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with. If know what you want (and don't) and you're looking for a low pressure experience while still getting treated well, this is a good place to go.

Although I had to wait almost a month for my ideal 4Runner to make its way from Japan to NC, my experience at Hall Toyota Elizabeth City with both Jessica (my primary sales person) and Melissa (her awesome backup) was amazing. Once the 4Runner arrived, I was able to pick it up on Black Friday. The purchasing process was both quick and easy, with my son and I being able to grab an early dinner at Currituck BBQ. The aftercare support (I’m a little needy sometimes 😁) has been phenomenal. This is my first Toyota purchase and it has been a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and people here. Outstanding! Thank you all!! And omg, I can’t forget about the awesome job that Stephanie also did to make sure that my experience was great. When I’m ready for my next Toyota, I’m making the trip to EC!

I had a great experience buying my truck. My salesman, Ryan was very personable and even carried my dog around the dealership while I was working with the finance manager, Catherine. They made the process easy and relaxed. No stress or pressure to buy any extras, though they informed me of all the options. Ryan always responds back in a timely manner whenever I have any questions. Overall a great experience. Will buy again from them in the future.
