This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My sales person, Edmund was amazing. He took care of everything, was quick to respond to any questions I sent to him and very accommodating. When I showed up to see the car I bought over the phone, it was up front, looking perfect and ready to go. Hall Imports and their staff are professional and honest. I never felt pressured or intimidated. Im glad I drove three hours to work with them. Im a customer for life. I love my new Volkswagen. Thanks guys!!

I bought the new Volkswagen Tiguan, it is a very wonderful vehicle and Hall VW gave me a great deal on it. I previously drove a Jetta, and that was very nice also, never gave me one problem. The sales process was very easy, I picked the car out online, they appraised my car very fairly, my salesperson was Sam who was very helpful before and after the sale, and he sent me the balance that I would need to go to Brookfield to pick up the new car and I arrived with a check, and without the door within about 45 minutes. There were no hidden costs, and it went very well. The finance manager was extremely efficient and had everything prepared for my arrival. I highly recommend how Volkswagen in Brookfield, as well as Sam in sales.

Bryan especially was patient and attentive with all of my questions, guiding me through each decision without any pressure. My experience with the Hall team is why I ultimately chose them over other dealerships. My new car was also spotless upon my arrival and all gassed up!
