I recently bought a used RAV4 from here. I am extremely happy with how everything went down. I'm a first time buyer and our sales guy, Mike, was very understanding and seemed to really care about us as his customer. It had brake issues that they caught while doing doing safety and took care of it on their own dime. Mike, knowing I didnt have a way to get to Hanover, drove the car down to my work to drop it off the next day. He made a stressful situation fun, and I'm very happy with the results. Derek was our financial guy and he's the exact same. He wasn't all about trying to sell us on everything he could, since he understood we were working within a budget. Overall, I am super pleased with my experience here at Hallmans. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they don't just care about their job and numbers but also you as the customer. I will definitely be coming back when I can afford another vehicle! Much love

I had a wonderful experience at Hallman's! I traded my Honda in for a Yukon! Exactly what I wanted! Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining everything to us. Very friendly service from everyone! They all made sure it was exactly what I wanted and I had everything I needed! Took my 2012 Buick Verano for a airbag sensor and safety. Rick the service manager went out of his way to get all the parts quickly and helped me prepare the car properly for the safety. It needed some exhaust work and tint removal and brakes. Everything was completed per quote and on time. JD in service was very helpful too. Highly recommend.
