A pleasant buying experience, from the comfort of my home. I was interested in a vehicle, asked questions and received assistance from the sales staff as well as from financing. After two days I decided to make purchase! To my surprise the car was delivered to my house! Thank you Hallmark!

I enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very nice and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car. The service experience was great. They weren't pushy trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I have stopped going to other places for service because they were being very pushy.

My service advisor (Carrie) was great and very helpful. I did have an issue with an item in my truck being damaged but the service manager was very apologetic and ordered a replacement on the spot. I understand that sometimes issues happen, so I judge based on how a business responds to that and I'm leaving a 5 star review based on the service manager stepping up and taking care of the customer without push back.

First let me say this is our second vehicle purchase. The first was from the former owners. I was let down terribly by a bad deal. However I met a New Salesman by the name of Brett Johnson. He was the most professional and caring person ever. He listened to our needs and made sure we left satisfied. He explained ALL the details to us, leaving no aftermath SHOCK or Disappointment. He gets 10 stars alone. We also met the owners who are saved, loving, funny and kind. The atmosphere is set and they don’t try to get over on you. They too made sure something happened for us and we left blessed and satisfied. The Finance Mang. was great as well. Highly Recommend. Thanks for all you did for our family.
