If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this location, I strongly recommend reconsidering. I currently own a 2024 Hyundai Palisade, and it has been nothing but problems since day one. There was a seatbelt recall, and when I initially called, I was told it would be handled during my next oil change. However, when I brought the vehicle in, I was then told they didn’t have the parts available and that it was “first come, first served.” After contacting corporate, I was told the dealership would notify me when the parts arrived. Now I’m being told the parts are on backorder. It has been nothing but a runaround regarding this issue. The door handle also began fading, and when it was “repaired,” the screws were not properly reinstalled. Now the vehicle is overheating and has been left sitting in the shop. To make matters worse, I was told there are no loaner vehicles available and that I’ve been placed on a waiting list behind other customers experiencing engine issues. I was even told I could come pick up the vehicle if I needed something to drive—which is unreasonable given that the car is overheating. That alone is very concerning. When I contacted corporate, I was told I could rent a vehicle or use a rideshare service and might be reimbursed. That is not an acceptable or dependable solution. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience with both the service department and customer support. At this point, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action. Proceed with caution.
