The financing process was explained step by step, including interest rate, term, and all fees, so there were no surprises when it came time to sign the papers. I also appreciated that they showed me the vehicle history and inspection details, and encouraged me to take my time looking over the car before deciding. Like any dealership, they obviously need to make a profit, but I felt they were transparent about the numbers. For anyone looking for a used car and worried about getting taken advantage of, I would say this place is worth a visit, especially if you go in knowing your budget and the kind of vehicle you want. I would return here in the future and I’m comfortable recommending them to friends and family based on my experience.

I recently purchased a truck from them and really thought everything would go smoothly. Unfortunatly, a check engine was hidden from me and found out the next day. It took such a long time for them to fix it and I even did 4h of driving for nothing. At least, they had the courtesy to lend me a truck while it was getting fixed twice for the same trouble code and delivered to my door step. Also had problems with paying out my old loan. Took them nearly a month to pay it off and it was about to affect my credit. I really wasn't happy with that. Called so many times but no one was answering until I decided to call the manager itself. I have to mention that the truck was already plated in another province in the moment of purchase too. It was a whole month of nightmare and stress. I was about to give a 1 star but thanks to Kevin, I can actually put 3 instead. He was very nice. It's unfortunate that they didn't offer any type of compensation for all the hassle because I would've reconsidered and most probably be able to recommend them as I am part of a car community and work with businessmen that often look out for work vehicules.

Although there were some misunderstandings at the beginning, they were handled in a professional and organized manner, and all issues were resolved satisfactorily. This reflects the company’s commitment to quality service and customer follow-up. I rarely leave bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience with this company was very negative. I had ongoing problems, difficulty getting clear answers, and I felt there was a lack of professionalism and proper client care throughout the process. I was also left with unresolved financial issues. I never received a $5,000 check that was owed to me for a previous vehicle, nor the $500 deposit I had made on another car that was later sold to someone else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
