He told me all of the different model types and explained the difference in all of them. He was very professional, attentive, and worked hard alongside his manager JC to get me exactly what I wanted. The process was super easy and stress free. Angel delivered the vehicle to Lubbock for me and took the time to get me set up on the ford app and explained all of the details of my car and paperwork.
