We had a good experience here. Our salesman, Neal Simon, explained that our preferred color - Platinum Quartz - was not offered on the 2026 model. Unfortanately, they did not have a 2025 on the lot. A few days later, Neal called to advise he acquired a Platinum Quartz 2025 from a sister dealership. We greatly appreciate Neal and the entire Hamilton Mazda team. Neal's extra effort is most appreciated.

I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 today with Neal Simon at the Hamilton dealership. Neal made the process very smooth from setting up the test drive, the sales process, signing up for my auto insurance, and showing me the functionality of my new car from A to Z. He gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car, a competitive price for the new car, and made sure all the other add-ons I wanted were included. The service dept. even removed the diagnostic charge for my old car. Everyone was very nice. I highly recommend!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I cannot recommend this place. Spent over $40,000 here just to have the engine light come on for two days. The message literally said “engine malfunction, have vehicle inspected”. The light went off this morning but obviously like any rational person I took it to the dealership for an inspection. They told me there is NOTHING they can do and wouldn’t even look at it because the light went off, like that means it’s all fixed and good to go. How about you actually look at the car and not be so obviously obsessed with the sale and now the service. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU EVER WANT HELP WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG!

Their entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, consistently polite, and genuinely committed to providing top-quality service. Whether you need routine maintenance, detailed work, or any type of repair, this is absolutely the place to go. The service manager in particular deserves special recognition—he was not only well-informed, but also patient, attentive, and exceptionally helpful. He is, without a doubt, a major asset to that dealership. Highly recommended.
