We went to a few different dealerships. We heard a lot of promises from different salesman. Very high pressure. After coming to Hamilton we were extremely happy with Gus and his knowledge of what we were looking for. We were shown a variety of trailers. It made the process of buying easier. we would recommend them to our friends and family. thank you for the great experience.

I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership in 2023. At the time, they assured me the vehicle had a clean Carfax report, but I later discovered that was false. The cosmetic damage was hidden, and over time, the poor quality of their cosmetic work started to unravel, slowly exposing itself. By December 2023, I had already spent over $800 in deductibles for mechanical work that was needed on the car. In total, the cost of all repairs surpassed $2,200—on top of that initial $800. I called the dealership at the end of 2023, expressing my frustration over these costs. They told me the owners weren’t there but promised a callback—and they never did. I called again, but they never answered. I spent months trying to address these cosmetic issues myself—working on them, attempting repairs—only to realize I need professional help. Now, the estimated cost for the cosmetic work alone is around $750—on top of everything else I’ve already spent on the car, both mechanically and otherwise. I only now realized they moved locations and, in doing so, wiped all their prior reviews by launching a new website and review system. Due to how dishonest they were, the least I can do is leave this review in hopes that others don’t make the same mistake or suffer the same fate. This dealership, Hamilton Motors, cared more about making a quick dollar than delivering a reliable, quality car—especially a Toyota, a brand known for its dependability. I strongly warn anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution.

We cannot express enough how awesome Gus is! It was so refreshing to do business with a really genuine, honest person. I think he was probably going out of his mind trying to assure us of his good intentions. We were so anxious cause we'd had such bad experiences with other salespeople. Gus kept his word. He kept a very high demand vehicle available for us as we worked through issues that were out of our control. 100 stars for "Papa Gus" and Hamilton Motors!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Hamilton Motors was such a quick, easy, and affordable experience! “Papa” Gus was a great salesman’s! He doesn’t pressure anyone whatsoever and will go over numbers with you multiple times, he understands peoples needs in what they are looking for in a vehicle. He is very friendly and nice! I usually feel all sales people are pressuring you to buy a car but Gus was not that person! I felt very comfortable with Gus and was not pressured or feeling anxious over this purchase! As for the vehicle I bought! They have great affordable prices on their vehicles, I searched throughly throughout the state and my car that I bought was the best price I found! They also work directly with the banks and can get approved on a loan very quickly! I also wanted to mention they are very quick to respond and responded to me later in the night when business was closed to answer my questions I had on the vehicle I wanted! I highly recommend Hamilton Motors to purchase your next car, they had excellent customer service 24/7, affordable prices, and great cars!

On July 5, 2025 , I was finally able to get the car I'd been dreaming of since I was 15 yrs old.... I have been walking on Cloud 9 the last 2 weeks. Gus was friendly & easy to work with. His son Aaron is learning the business from his Dad & is such a polite young man. I found the entire experience to be great. On Saturday I noticed something happening with the window, called Gus & he got right back to me & is helping in every way he can. Both my husband & I would happily return to Hamilton Motors if we needed another car.
