I had a great experience buying my first car here! The salesman, Diego, was super friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all the questions and made the whole process easy. The manager was also amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Everyone was welcoming and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. As a first-time car buyer, they made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I contacted Steve at Hamilton Toyota to inquire about a Rav4 Plug-in Hybrid. They did not have what I wanted in stock. Steve was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, and without me having to repeat myself or ask twice, he got to work and found me EXACTLY what I requested with all the packets and specifications I mentioned, no more, and no less. There was no push or uncomfortable, aggressive salesmanship. In about a month, I had the car I wanted in my hands, which is IMPRESSIVE, given that it was a NEW Rav4 plug-in hybrid. I continued working with Cruz on the financing, who explained everything to me, was super thorough and clear, and, like Steve, listened to what I needed and provided me with the warranty and insurance I requested without hassle. Landon handed me the keys and made sure all last-minute details were covered. He also ensured I knew everything about the new Rav technology, provided an overview of each system, and made me feel comfortable driving out of the lot. Lastly, Elijah handled my loan. He was knowledgeable, provided all the answers I needed, and gave me options to choose from. I am a recurrent Toyota owner. I have walked away from pushy dealers who try to sell me things I did not request. This was not the case at Hamilton. Throughout the transaction, I felt respected, the sale was flawless and I drove away in the exact car I wanted. I would totally recommend Hamilton to anyone looking for an extraordinary car-buying experience. I could not emphasize enough how AMAZING this dealership experience was.

Gama and his team are amazing! Very patient, knowledgeable professionals! They were quick to respond, searched high and low for what we needed, got it to us quickly, and it was ready in perfect condition. Sheldon, Good sir you stepped in and made our vehicular transition beyond enjoyable. A few months ago we met and have kept in touch. Tragedy (of sorts) struck and I needed to trade. Landon is so amazing and helped me find EVERYTHING I wanted in my new car! being a first time buyer was scary but Landon made it the easiest and most practical experience possible I seriously do not know what I would’ve done without him.
