We had a great buying experience with Justin Restrepo at Acura of Orange Park. He is a genuine car guy and you can honestly tell that he cares about his customers. He did several thoughtful and personalized things that just added to the overall experience. We purchased a new MDX type s, which was an anniversary present for my wife, and he went out of his way to get balloons in her favorite color, and a happy anniversary balloon. Small gestures like that are not necessary, but definitely appreciated, and makes us feel like we are building a relationship with this dealer, versus just being another sale. I also appreciate the way the finance department treated us, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Also, they have a great selection of vehicles. Overall excellent experience purchasing a vehicle here. My wife and I were driving off in about 2 hours. The sales team was quick, efficient, and direct.
