Overall, the customer service was okay, but make sure to carefully review all the vehicle information on your paperwork. In my case, they put incorrect information on the documents. Also, if you’re buying a used car, inspect the vehicle very carefully. They charge a “reconditioning fee” for used vehicles, but I honestly don’t believe the reconditioning is actually done thoroughly. I bought my vehicle on a rainy day, and later noticed paint corrosion and a decent-sized dent on the roof. If the vehicle had truly been reconditioned and properly inspected, those issues should have been noticed and disclosed to the customer. Also the sticker of the toll from NC was left on the windshield of the car and a few other things I won’t list here. Just not totally happy with the purchase.
My wife and I recently bought a Jeep Wagoneer from the team here and were overall pleased with the whole process. Bert was a welcome surprise in our sales dealings and the management team was fair in our negotiations of the car price. We agreed to have some services done to the vehicle after the sale and the service team were accommodating in getting that handled in a timely manner. Christian did a great job taking care of the services needed and we appreciated his professionalism. Glad we decided to stop by when we did!
