So far my experiences at hank graff Chevrolet has been great! Love their oil changes are done just like a ten minute oil change place pull in and they do it right then, no hours on end oil change like alot dealerships. Friendly staff and accommodating! They came all way to the outskirts of lapeer to pick me up to get my vehicle back. Ive had service work done in a timely manner with video sent to me off the work that was done. Also sales were great buying my 25 silverado a year ago as well. Can't say enough about this dealer so far I'm impressed. They have my business long term if they keep this up.

We just bought our 4th vehicle from Hank Graff. The customer service is always excellent. Tim Burnett and Chris Horwath are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and very easy to deal with. Tiffany was also all of the above when showing us how to use all the bells and whistles on our new truck. We are very happy with our new truck and with the deal Chris figured out for us. We have and will continue to recommend Hank Graff to friends and family. A new vehicle is a huge investment and we appreciate knowing that us, as customers, and our vehicle will reliably receive the best care possible. Thank you!!!

Alec was transparent, knowledgeable, super fast, and worked hard to get my wife and I a great deal on a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse. Alec was my main contact and everyone else I met at Hank Graff was top-class. Seriously, best team ever. They made us feel like family.
