I sent my Chrysler Pacifica to service for the recalled on airbag, I am very happy with the entire team of the friendly warm hospitality My phone went dead so I stood to utilize one of the service advisors charger. Then I got one loaner to go to the guest lounge to sit down comfortably to drink a coffee or beverage. Surprised but I was touched by the service advisors so kind to me as the first time customer!!! I highly recommend anyone to stop by to check out their superb customer service.

Event one: I purchased four tires From Hanlees Chrysler in Napa, California,for my ram 1500 on the Chrysler special buy three get one free offer. Hanlees Chrysler installed the tires but did not install new stems which had 104,000 miles of Service. No one from Hanlees Chrysler called me to ask if I wanted to purchase new stems. It is unheard of in the tire industry to change tires without changing stems. I drove to a superb tire dealer in Napa, B&G Tire and paid $200 to have the tires dismounted, new stems installed in the wheels, and tires remounted and Ballance checked. Hanlees an active service department executive, Mr. Nuguyen, Who sends inquiries to service department customers asking for input. He has never responded to my complaints in the past and did not respond to this event. Event two: I suffered a road hazard tire failure. Hanlees Chrysler provided a new tire At no charge under warranty But insisted the tire had to be mounted in their shop, For which I was charged $86. The service department did not. And place the spare in its "nest" beneath the bed. I drove away with the spare tire and went to the superb B & G tire store and had the new tire balance checked and mounted on my truck, and the spare installed It is interesting to know that Hanlees Napa, California, Chrysler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does not have Tire Balancing equipment. The guru In charge of service, Mr. Nuguyan, does not answer correspondence SUMMARY: Buy your tires at authorized dealers. Four tires for the price of three sounded like a good deal to me. I was wrong.
