I bought a really nice Rock Creek Nissan Pathfinder from this Dealership and I have to say, I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joan was my Salesperson, and she is like no other. We started on the phone then went into the dealership and test drove it. We had the easiest transaction. There were no games , we were just straight with each other and did not feel pressured or pretend to walk out to leave the deal on the table etc, etc. Even the finance officer, Arthur, wrote everything out and clearly explained all line items along with Joan so we would feel comfortable and experience full transparency. Again, the best experience ever. It doesn’t end there, I just went to the dealership for my first service in Jan 2025, and Debbi was my Service Representative. She immediately met me upon arrival, talked to me about what would be done for the service and spoke to me about future services and what they entail. Very nice person, not only that Joan came and chatted with me while I was waiting and it was her day off. Amazing person. Thank you all for your excellent service and new friendship.
