I literally love Juan And Tiny ! But this review is for Juan, He’s great and I can say it’s almost been a year since I’ve had my GMC and I love my truck. Juan put me in a nice truck for me and my daughter. My car has been helping me with my credit I can’t complain. I pray every day my car stay this way with a little fixes lol. My car buying experience with Hannah was over the top. As I pulled onto the lot I was greeted they didn't push but they let me know that they saw me. When I had decided on the one Juan came out greeted me and offered me a test drive I invited him along with me we talked more about the vehicle plus he put me at ease the whole time. We returned back took care of the paperwork now I'm the proud owner of a great running plus it's sharp Chevrolet Colorado. We were sold a lemon truck. We bought a 2015 f350. Since purchase in September 2021 we have spent $16000 in repairs including major oil leaks, blown turbos, def issues and many more problems. The owner refused to purchase the vehicle back within the 30 days. Our truck was in the shop almost 100% of the time from September until February getting all of the repairs done that were necessary for it to run. Beyond disappointed with Hanna auto. Also we were unable to plate the vehicle until January or February because Hanna auto did not send in the proper paperwork. We had to file a complaint with the state and have 2 paper tags issued in addition to the one we got when we purchased the truck. We had nothing but issues for the first 4 months after purchase.
