Where do I even start???? This was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! We had been searching for a ‘new’ used suv for about 6 months. We weren’t in a rush, looking for just the right fit! We are from Waterloo and had exhausted all of our options close to home so we expanded our search and located a ‘22 Ford Edge at Hanover Chrysler. After requesting the Carfax report online we were contacted by Zack. We met with him the next day. Walking in to the dealership you’re met with the warmest smiles! Zack came out, the suv was ready for a test drive and away we went. The vehicle was perfect. We walked back in and Zack and the sales manager already had an offer for us, better than the asking price,which was already great! I told him that we weren’t even going to argue, but if we did… he laughed and said it was firm. Which I already knew we were getting a deal! Pick up was scheduled for a week later. We were again met with smiles, quick paperwork and on our way with some delicious butter tarts from Kettles and our new vehicle! Thanks again Hanover Chrysler and Staff!

Edith was extremely rude and raised her voice at me while I kept calm and explained the issues with my tires. When I asked them to do something she would say they dont do anything they deem unsafe. She then went ahead to tell me that they will no longer service my truck ever again. So much for buying my truck from here. Never again.

Bought a van here 10 months ago. Was told they had serviced the van throughout its life that there were no problems with it. Transmission went mechanic said fluid was black full of metallic. I don't know what kind of service they did, but they obviously didn't service the transmission even as a point of resale that should've been done in my opinion. while the 2019 Chevrolet Express owner's manual heavily emphasizes mileage intervals, it also includes time-based recommendations for low-mileage vehicles to account for fluid oxidation.

Cory and the crew are the BEST . They were helpful, accommodating and overall just good people. Cory answered every question we had, he followed up days later to see how things were going and if we had any other questions . He is patient , did not rush us and truly was honest with us . There is no better team out there . From test driving the cars to the paper work the entire process was seamless and stress free . I cannot recommend them enough .

I recently bought a used vehicle from here, and it couldn't have been easier. Alexander was the sales rep who showed me the vehicle and, counter to the stereotype of the used car salesman, didn't apply any pressure to close the deal. Having put in an offer, I was passed to Kelly Sue, who handled all of the paperwork and plate transfer. Two days later, I picked up the vehicle and some lovely butter tarts, which got shared around back home. I am very happy with the vehicle, but more so with the buying experience. Buying vehicles can be a harrowing experience, but this was nothing of the sort.
