Great experience at Easthill Volkswagen. All the staff were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed about my decisions. Especially Alex Worden , he was amazing. From the first moment he introduced himself he was extremely professional. Alex was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Xavier Leger our sales rep, was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to deal with. I also want to say thank you to Sarah for helping me with my financial situations and getting everything sorted out. Great place, Great Staff. Visited this dealership a few months ago for an airbag warning light. I was charged $404 for diagnostics and then another $343 for a seat heating element replacement based on their diagnosis. The issue was NOT fixed. The airbag light is still on. After that, I followed up asking if the diagnostic or repair cost could be adjusted or credited toward actually fixing the issue — no response at all. This is not acceptable. If you’re charging customers close to $800, the least expected is correct diagnosis or proper follow-up. Also, after speaking to others, it seems I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience with their service team. Would not recommend based on this experience.

5 stars for Bradey! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made it such an easy and positive experience. He was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No pressure, no games — just great service. We brought our son age 21 and Bradey was kind to answer any all questions for him. We’re so happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. When we shop again we will be sure to check at this location 1st AND ask for Bradey!

I purchased my Tiguan in 2024 from VW Walkerton, which has recently moved to Hanover. I was hoping to get my regular service completed here and had three services completed here. I scheduled my fourth service appointment and was promised a loaner car. I scheduled my appointment around the work and when I went there to drop off the car, I was told in very simple worlds that they do not do loaners. This is very unprofessional and I feel once they make money after sales, they do not care about existing customers. Sorry for this review but they have lost a customer. I hope someone from the head office reads these reviews and act accordingly.
